Kuwait Times covers Armenian cuisine

Kuwait’s reputable Kuwait Times English-language newspaper has covered Armenian cuisine in an article entitled “Ramadan dishes from the ancient Armenian cuisine”.

According to Hayern Aysor, in an interview to the newspaper, Lilit Galstyan, wife of Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Kuwait Manvel Badeyan, presented the recipes of the Armenian Dolma (with leaves and cabbage) and Gata and touched upon the millennial history of traditional Armenian cuisine, stressing the fact that the Armenian Lavash is included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
