“Breath of Syrian-Armenian Culture in Yerevan” charity exhibition-sale kicks off

On April 4, on the occasion of Motherhood and Beauty Day (7 April), the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, the Center for Coordination of Syrian-Armenians’ Issues NGO and “Armenian Caritas” Charity NGO opened the already traditional “Breath of Syrian-Armenian Culture in Yerevan” charity exhibition-sale near Swan Lake in Yerevan. The exhibition-sale is funded by the European Union, supported by Caritas Austria and Yerevan Municipality and will run on April 4 and 5 (10:00-19:00).

Among those attending the opening of the exhibition-sale were RA Deputy Minister of Diaspora Serzh Srapionyan, Representative of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Armenia Christoph Bierwirth, Programs Officer Nver Sargsyan and representatives of the Center for Coordination of Syrian-Armenians’ Issues NGO and “Armenian Caritas” Charity NGO.

Attaching importance to the organizing of charity exhibitions, Deputy Minister of Diaspora Serzh Srapionyan stated that the number of participants is growing every year, there is a wider variety of products, and the already traditional “Breath of Syrian-Armenian Culture in Yerevan” charity exhibition-sales are becoming a symbol of the integration of Syrian-Armenians.
