Armenian-Bulgarian high-level talks held at Presidential Palace

Within the scope of the state visit of the President of Bulgaria, Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Rumen Radev today held private talks at the Presidential Palace that were followed by wide-format negotiations with the delegations of the two countries and the signing of documents for the expansion and deepening of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Bulgaria in several sectors.

In particular, the Presidents signed the Agreement on Reciprocal Protection of Confidential Information between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Agreement on Regulation of Labor Migration between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Bulgaria, the Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria in the Fields of information Technologies and Communication and the 2018-2020 Action Plan for Cooperation between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Rumen Radev summed up the results of the meeting with statements addressed to mass media representatives. The Presidents of Armenia and Bulgaria also answered questions from journalists.
