Moscow-based participant of “Ari Tun” Program: “My friends urged me to participate in the “Ari Tun” Program, and I am now participating”

Seda Khachatryan, one of the participants of the 6th stage of the 2017 “Ari Tun” Program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, was born in Artashat, Armenia.

In 2009, she and her family moved to Moscow, but she didn’t want to leave Armenia. In the beginning, she had trouble adapting to life in Moscow and Armenia was constantly on her mind, but over time, she overcame the obstacles that were facing her.

Currently, she attends a Russian school. She has also attended a music school and taken Armenian dance lessons. She has Armenian friends in Moscow whom she regularly meets and makes her day interesting.

She found out about the “Ari Tun” Program from her friends who had participated and were content.

“My friends would tell me about the wonderful days they had spent. They urged me to participate and enjoy being in an Armenian environment so that I could become more familiar with my homeland and interact with my peers in Armenia,” Seda said in an interview with Hayern Aysor.
